Lined Ecentric Reducer
Lined Ecentric Reducer lining are designed to smoothly reduce pipe size while maintaining bottom-level flow alignment to prevent pooling of corrosive fluids. These reducers are ideal for applications involving aggressive chemicals. The lining provides excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attacks.
Key Features
- Body: Fabricated from ASTM A234 WPB, ANSI B16.28 compliant
- Lining: High-quality Lining as per ASTM F-1545
- Flange: IS 2062, ANSI B16.5 / Class 150lbs, JIS 10K or DIN available on request
- Configuration: Two fixed or loose flanges as per requirement
- Excellent chemical resistance and smooth fluid transition
- Custom sizes available on request

Note:
- Steel frame: ASTM A234 grade WPB, in compliance with ANSI B16.28
- Steel reducer: according to SCH 40.
- Flange: IS 2062, in compliance with ANSI B16.5/class 150lbs; JIS 10k or DIN is also available on request.
- Standard: two fixed flanges; two loose flanges or one loose and one fixed flanges are on request.
- Lining: PTFE in compliance with ASTM F-1545.
- Other nominal: sizes are available on request.
