UniPolymers offers high-performance 45-degree -lined elbows engineered to provide seamless directional flow changes while maintaining excellent chemical resistance. These elbows are essential components in pipeline systems where corrosion protection and flow efficiency are critical, especially in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and wastewater treatment.

- Excellent Chemical Resistance: Lined with PTFE in accordance with ASTM F1545, these elbows provide outstanding resistance to corrosive chemicals, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments.
- Smooth Flow Transition: The 45° bend angle minimizes pressure drop and turbulence, making it ideal for applications that demand smoother directional changes in fluid flow.
- Precision Fabrication: Constructed from carbon steel A-234 WPB or equivalent, with PTFE lining that is factory bonded and tested to ensure durability and leak-proof performance.
- Flexible Flange Options: Available with one fixed and one loose flange as standard. Custom configurations, including two fixed or two loose flanges, can be provided on request.

Note:
- Steel Frame: Made from ASTM A234 Grade WPB, in compliance with ANSI B16.28, ensuring robust structural integrity and long service life.
- Steel Bend: Manufactured according to SCH 40 specifications for consistent wall thickness and pressure resistance.
- Flange Material: Flanges are made from IS 2062 steel and conform to ANSI B16.5 / Class 150 lbs standards. Alternate flange types like JIS 10K or DIN can be provided upon request.
- Flange Configuration: Standard supply includes one fixed flange and one loose flange. Custom configurations with two fixed flanges or two loose flanges are available upon request.
- Lining Material: The internal lining is PTFE, fully compliant with ASTM F-1545, providing excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemicals.
