- Symmetrical Flow Design: All four branches have equal diameters, enabling uniform fluid distribution across intersecting pipelines, ideal for balanced multi-directional flow systems.
- Rugged Steel Body: Constructed from carbon steel A-234 WPB or equivalent, the outer shell provides exceptional mechanical strength, pressure containment, and resistance to thermal stress.
- Flexible Flange Configuration: Supplied with two fixed and two loose flanges as standard. Other flange combinations can be provided based on installation needs.
- High-Purity and Safe: PTFE’s non-stick and non-reactive surface makes it ideal for applications requiring purity, cleanliness, and chemical compatibility.

Note:
- Steel Frame: Fabricated from ASTM A234 Grade WPB in accordance with ANSI B16.28, ensuring reliable mechanical performance under demanding conditions.
- Steel Body: Designed to SCH 40 standards for consistent wall thickness and internal pressure capacity.
- Flange Material: Made from IS 2062 steel and compliant with ANSI B16.5 / Class 150 lbs. Alternate flange types like JIS 10K or DIN available upon request.
- Flange Configuration: Standard supply includes two fixed and two loose flanges. Custom flange arrangements are available based on application.
- Lining Material: PTFE lining is applied in accordance with ASTM standards, ensuring full chemical compatibility and long-term performance.
