Lined Equal Tee
UniPolymers manufactures precision-engineered lined equal tees designed to provide leak-proof and corrosion-resistant connections in multi-branch pipeline systems. These tees are ideal for industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, and food manufacturing where chemical compatibility and reliability are critical.

- Equal Branch Distribution: Designed with uniform diameter across all three outlets, the equal tee enables balanced flow distribution in T-junction systems.
- Strong Steel Construction: Built using carbon steel A-234 WPB or equivalent, the outer shell ensures mechanical durability and long service life.
- Flexible Flange Options: Comes with one fixed and one loose flange as standard. Other configurations, including two fixed or two loose flanges, are available on request.
- Wide Industry Usage: Commonly used in chemical pipelines, dosing systems, and industrial process lines where branch connections are needed without compromising safety.

Note:
- Steel Frame: Constructed from ASTM A234 Grade WPB in compliance with ANSI B16.28, ensuring high mechanical strength and durability.
- Steel Body: Designed according to SCH 40 specifications for pressure-rated reliability and wall thickness consistency.
- Flange Material: Flanges are made from IS 2062 steel and conform to ANSI B16.5 / Class 150 lbs standards. Alternative standards like JIS 10K or DIN are available on request.
- Flange Configuration: Supplied with one fixed flange and one loose flange by default. Options for two fixed or two loose flanges can be customized to suit application needs.
- Lining Material: Internally lined with PTFE, compliant with ASTM F-1545, providing excellent chemical inertness and resistance to thermal degradation.
