Note:
- Pipe Material: The pipes are made of A-106 SH 40 steel, adhering to ANSI B36.10 standards. For sizes 1” to 6”, the pipes conform to SCH 40, while for sizes 8” to 10”, they follow SCH 20, and pipes over 12” are made according to SCH 10 specifications.
- Flange Specifications: The standard flanges are made from IS 2062 steel and comply with ANSI B16.5 / Class 150lbs. Other flange options such as JIS 10K or DIN are also available upon request to meet specific client requirements.
- Lining Material: The PTFE lining used in these pipes complies with ASTM F1545 standards, ensuring high resistance to chemical corrosion and preventing damage during the transportation of aggressive substances.
- Flange Configurations: Typically, one loose flange and one fixed flange are provided as standard. However, Uni Polymers can customize the pipe configuration with two fixed or two loose flanges upon request.
- Custom Sizes Available: The sizes listed are standard options, but we can provide custom nominal sizes based on your specific needs. Please reach out for inquiries or custom orders.
