Lined Tanks
UniPolymers manufactures high-performance lined tanks designed for the safe storage and handling of highly corrosive and ultra-pure chemicals. Our tanks are lined with premium materials including PTFE, PFA, PVDF, HDPE, or PP, selected based on the specific chemical, temperature, and process conditions. These tanks offer superior chemical resistance, long service life, and reliable protection against leakage and contamination.
Design & Construction
- Shell Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel
- Lining Materials: PTFE, PFA, PVDF, HDPE, or PP as per process requirements
- Tank Type: Vertical, horizontal, jacketed or non-jacketed
- Capacity: Custom designed, ranging from 100 liters to 100,000 liters and above
- End Connections: Nozzles, manholes, vents, drain ports as per customer specification
- Testing: 100% hydro-tested / spark-tested to ensure lining integrity
Performance Parameters
- Operating Pressure: Atmospheric or low-pressure designs (pressurized tanks available on request)
- Operating Temperature: Up to 150°C depending on lining material
- Corrosion Resistance:Suitable for acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive chemicals
- Leak Prevention: Seamless lining with spark test validation to prevent permeation and leakage
