- Steel Frame: Constructed using ASTM A234 Grade WPB, adhering to ANSI B16.28 standards, ensuring strength and durability under operating pressures.
- Steel Body: Built to SCH 40 specifications, offering consistent wall thickness and pressure integrity.
- Flange Material: Made from IS 2062-grade steel, conforming to ANSI B16.5 / Class 150 lbs. Alternate standards such as JIS 10K or DIN can be provided upon request.
- Flange Configuration: Standard delivery includes one fixed and one loose flange. Options for both fixed or both loose flanges are available on demand.
- Lining Material: Internally lined with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), known for its non-stick properties and exceptional chemical resistance, meeting ASTM standards.
