PTFE Lined Columns
UniPolymers PTFE Lined Columns are designed for demanding process applications where maximum corrosion resistance and process purity are essential. Constructed with a robust metallic shell and fully lined with high-purity PTFE, these columns provide a reliable solution for handling aggressive chemicals, solvents, and high-purity fluids in a wide range of industries.
Design & Construction
- Shell Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel
- Lining Material: PTFE (standard); PFA / FEP available on request
- Type: Vertical cylindrical columns with flanged top and dish end bottom or as per design
- Diameter Range: DN100 to DN1200 (larger sizes available on request)
- Length: As per process requirements
- End Connections: Flanged connections (ANSI / DIN / JIS) or customized
- Testing: 100% spark-tested lining to ensure integrity and leak-tight performance
Performance Parameters
- Operating Pressure: Atmospheric or low pressure (custom pressure designs available)
- Operating Temperature:Up to 200°C depending on lining and process conditions
- Corrosion Resistance:Suitable for acids, alkalis, solvents, and aggressive chemicals
- Flow Conditions:Designed for uniform distribution and optimal contact efficiency
